Crear un webhook
POST
Crea un canal de notificación de tipo webhook (formato json), slack o teams. Si se omite secret, se genera uno; se devuelve una sola vez en esta respuesta. Las entregas se firman con X-Proteside-Signature: t=<unix>,v1=<hex hmac_sha256(secret, t + "." + rawBody)> y se reintentan 3 veces (1 min, 10 min, 60 min).
